“i have panic attack. at the day i arrived this hostel, before this hostel, i visited one another hostel. i don’t know why but they said i can’t pay by the agoda at the place. i should pay by card or cash but at the morning during the train travel i lost my wallet. i was so tired for train travel from Laos more than 12 hours and i almost got panicked. i am so ashamed myself but i recogninzed that i lost my passport when i arrived this hostel. i cried a lot and lost my thoughts at all. but the hostel sunak came to me and he said so gently “i can help you.” he use his translator so nice and he found my passport from the taxi i took. i am foreigner and sometimes i don’t have information or can’t access way like calling with thailand speaking or whatever. he understand my situation with his all heart and he make me relax and recover my consciousness. i feel so thankful and lucky to meet him at that time. “
